Olympic Signature Wall
The United States Olympic Committee commissioned John Haertling to make this 7' tall by 8' wide display and sculptural piece, created to honor the United States Olympic athletes that trained for the XIX Olympic Winter Games in Utah. Each athlete's signature and hand written messages are present, covering the area below the brass torch. Flagstone and brushed aluminum are on each side. It is permanently located at Lake Placid Olympic Training Center.
